Hours and Sessions: By arrangement with client.

Cancellations: Walks cancelled by clients at less than one week’s notice will be charged at the full rate.

Environment: I aim to provide care for your pet in a safe, stress free environment at all times. Your pets safety and enjoyment is of paramount importance to me at all times.

Initial meeting: After you contact me, we will arrange an initial meeting where both you and your dog(s) will be present. I cannot take firm bookings until I have met both you and your dog. This meeting should be in advance of the proposed walk(s) and is a chance for us both to ask questions and to make sure all three parties, You, me and your dog, are happy and comfortable with any arrangement.

Security: You can trust your home will be left as I find it (No muddy paw prints regardless of how much fun your dog has had in the mud). I am happy to replenish food and water for your dog whilst at your premises and can also administer any regular medications your pet requires in your absence, providing an agreement form is signed beforehand.

If I am holding your house key in order to take your dog out for a walk in your absence, I will ensure your key is kept secure and un-identifiable.

My insurance does cover costs incurred due to loss of any keys entrusted to my care.

Wet Weather: In wet, muddy weather, provision of a towel left in a designated area is appreciated. Suitable for drying wet/muddy dogs so that I can leave them comfortable after their outing. 

Insurance: Insurance certificate is available on request. Disclosure Scotland Certificate available on request.

Dog Walking: One-to-one walking from £10

Cat-Sitting & Feeding Home Visits: Basic Visit: Up to 20 minutes duration: (per visit) £10.

The following services are included as part of our basic package at no extra cost:-

Provision of fresh water and food: Cleaning of feed area and bowls. Cuddles and play: Litter box cleaning: Cleaning up after accidents.

Daily logging of pets activities (if required) - Home security checks. Bringing in post - watering indoor plants - Switching lights on/off, open/closing curtains/blinds: Taking out rubbish: Basic grooming. Oral Medical - no extra charge.

Small Animals & Fish Home Visits: Basic Visit: Up to 20 minutes duration: (from) £8 per visit: Or in my own home £10 per day.
